What are your shipping costs?
Shipping cost are determined by our real time connection with UPS. During the checkout process you will be asked to select your shipping preference (ground, overnight, 2nd day, etc.) and the cost will be added to your invoice total.

What is MAPP?
MAPP stands for Minimum Advertised Price Policy. Most manufacturers and distributors have a stated MAPP that they require their authorized resellers and agents to follow as a condition of doing business together. The policy states that any and all advertised prices can not be below a certain amount.

When will my order be shipped from GPSDUDE.COM?

We make every effort to ship your order the same day the order is made; however, it may take up to three business days to ship in stock merchandise. Please note, our office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.EST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you place an order after our normal business hours we consider the following business day as day one. As an example, if you place an order on Saturday, the latest an in stock item would ship would be end of day Wednesday. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is out of stock, and needs to back ordered, you will be notified of the approximate shipping date by email.

If you order is shipped to Ohio, you will be charged sales tax. Residents of all other states are not charged sales tax on GPSDUDE.COM purchases. While we do not charge sales tax on your order you may be responsible for sales tax or use tax for the state or county in which you reside. It is not possible for GPSDUDE.COM to know every particular situation and will not be held responsible for any tax that is due for your purchase.

Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box?

No, we only deliver to a physical address.

Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?

No, at this time GPSDUDE.com only does business in the United States.
